The DOE’s systems for reimbursing itinerant related service providers for their travel expenses (TRAC) and occupational and physical therapists for tuition are overly complicated and ineffectual. Occupational and physical therapists, speech teachers and other related service providers must wait months — and sometimes years — for the money they are owed.

Send an email to the DOE administrators in charge of these programs to tell them that they must take action NOW to fix their broken systems and pay their employees on time.
