Call on Governor Whitmer, Senator Peters and Senator Slotkin to demand 50 year-old father and small business owner Miguel Rosas Ruiz, who is currently being held in ICE detention at North Lake Detention Center in Baldwin, MI.

Miguel was recently detained off of Carpenter road on his way to work. Despite his role in the Ann Arbor community providing painting and other home renovation services and caring and providing for his family including his 12 year old son, he is being held in detention. Mr. Rosas must be returned to his family as soon as possible, given the poor conditions in Northlake and the detrimental and traumatic effect of separation on his children
