Governor Youngkin left out the $25 million high hazard dam funds from his 2026-2028 budget. State code specifies the dam funds are supposed to be irrevocable but the budget supersedes state code. Save lives and protect property from flash flooding. Contact Virginia Senate Appropriations Committee members to vote YES on the budget amendment to put the dam funding back.
