Hello Mayor Johnson,

I am writing to you in support of the Make Way for People permits under the Expanded Outdoor Dining program for Clark Street between Kinzie and Grand in River North filed by Friedman Properties LTD.

These permits in previous years made the whole community safer according to the police, more enjoyable according to residents, and more profitable according to businesses. The outdoor dining experience further separated from traffic is a great experience that I wish to see encouraged and spread across the city as every neighborhood deserves to enjoy the benefits of a safe, enjoyable, and prosperous community space.

I hope to see the permits quickly approved and cannot wait for them to start at the earliest chance on May 1st.
