Buffalo Trail School District is currently consulting on closing Delnorte School in Innisfree. This means there will be no community school and students will have to be bussed to surrounding communities. So many of our rural schools are at imminent risk of closure due to the massive funding shortfalls in Alberta's education system. Send a letter to the Minster of Education, Premier, Shadow Minster for Education and the local School Board Chair to tell them, we're standing up for rural schools!
