Restore the RKO Keith's Theater in Flushing. The theater has been left idle for over 30 years, but the New York area is in the middle of a revitalization of such structures. The Loew's King's in Brooklyn, the St. George in Staten Island, the Loew's Jersey in Jersey City, and Forest Hills Stadium in Forest Hills have all proven to be successfully revitalized. The community sees that you have been modifying the plans of your structure to fit the demands and needs of the community, so do it again.

Despite the limited landmark designation we view the entire interior space as a landmark in line with the original designation report. It has been an historic cultural center of our borough and the theater must be maintained.

We, the community, ask that you give us the theater that we need. Save the RKO Keith's Theater for us and future generations.
