From October 6th-8th, the Halifax Convention Centre will play host to the Canadian Defence Security & Aerospace Exhibition Atlantic (DEFSEC Atlantic).

It’s a bloody display of arms industry exhibitors, including U.S. based giant, Lockheed Martin, makers of the civilian murdering F-35, which has been instrumental in Israel’s genocide of Palestinians.

Geospectrum will also be amongst the exhibitors. They are headquartered in Dartmouth, but a wholly owned subsidiary of Israel’s top arms manufacturer, Elbit Systems, which is a key player in the genocide in Gaza.

While so much of society struggles for housing, food, and survival as a whole, the attendees will play with expensive toys, symbolizing the decadence and depravity of a capitalist society creeping towards fascism.

Six weeks later, the Halifax International Security Forum will make its annual return to Halifax, from November 22th-24th, hosted at the Westin. The Forum brings together the military in the service of Western hegemony, imperialist planners, and some of the world’s leading war criminals, literally discussing how they want to carve up the world.
