Climate hawks know that the Trump regime is moving to undo the EPA’s endangerment finding, which recognizes that climate change is real, happening now, and endangers public health and welfare. It’s the foundation of all federal climate rules and regulations.

Public hearing registration will be open through the last day of the hearing, but EPA has requested that you pre-register by August 12, 2025 if you intend to testify or are requesting special accommodations. All attendees must register, even if you choose not to speak. Please submit a separate registration for each person attending the hearing.
