Congress approved funding through the EPA to help disadvantaged and poor communities build out their own community solar projects… get this… four years ago!  But Trump and his EPA cut the funding for states, cities, tribes, and non-profits, for jobs that was supposed to be used to install cheaper access to renewable energy for those who can't afford to buy rooftop solar. The funding would help folks lower their electric bills as well as helping to cut greenhouse gases and limit global warming!

In September, just a few weeks ago, a federal court told the EPA they were breakign the law and that they must bring back the federal Solar-For-All program. Of course, they're delaying and considering appealing the decision. But Republicans are vulnerable on this, and we can tell our Senators and our Representatives to demand EPA follow the law.
