Since Sept. 1, nearly 750 nurses and case workers at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital in Michigan have been on an unfair labor practice strike after management refused to offer them a fair contract. Nurses are demanding an agreement that puts patient safety first and includes fair nurse-to-patient ratios.
