We need the Zone 0 Advisory Committee to engage homeowners and utility ratepayers who will bear the burden, cost, and fire risk associated with these radical regulations. The draft Zone 0 regulations were created in the "Sacramento Bubble," and threaten to worsen air quality, increase stormwater runoff, destabilize hillsides, decimate irreplaceable biodiversity, and increase utility rates (making homes hotter during the hottest times of the year). We need to get the Zone 0 Advisory Committee to meet with homeowners in the communities where they live, so they can hear the OUTRAGE caused by the overreach of these radical draft regulations.
