Stop the SAVE America Act

The SAVE America Act is a voter suppression bill that will prevent millions of eligible Americans from participating in federal elections.

If passed, the bill would:
  • Make it harder to vote by mail, even for people who need it, like seniors, people with disabilities, and working families.
  • Require people show extra papers to register to vote, like a passport or birth certificate, which many people do not have ready.
  • Create more rules and paperwork, so voting takes more time and becomes more confusing.
  • Make it harder for election workers to do their jobs, which could cause mistakes, delays, and long lines.
  • Stop some eligible Americans from voting, even if they have the right to vote.

Our democracy depends on accessible and inclusive voter participation. Congress must reject this bill and uphold the right to vote for all eligible Americans.
