Tell Your Governor and Attorney General to Arrest ICE Agents Who Break State Laws

ICE is escalating to open violence against families, and they are doing it in ways that violate state laws across the country. In Los Angeles, agents arrested a man and drove away with his toddler still in the car, leaving witnesses horrified.

In Illinois, masked ICE agents pepper-sprayed a one year old baby and her parents during a routine shopping trip. These are crimes, and they must be treated as such.

Governors and Attorneys General do not have to stand by while ICE kidnaps children, assaults parents, sprays chemical agents into family vehicles, or conducts warrantless raids in schools, daycares, hospitals, and workplaces. These actions violate state criminal codes, including assault, battery, child endangerment, kidnapping, and unlawful use of chemical agents.

From Chicago to Los Angeles, ICE is deploying tactics that would land any other armed group in handcuffs. They are hiding their identities, refusing to show badges, and conducting unlawful detentions.

Trump understands exactly what he is doing. The administration is daring states to do nothing while violence escalates. But states have the power to enforce their own laws, protect their residents, and arrest federal agents who commit crimes within their jurisdiction.

Tell your Governor and Attorney General. Arrest ICE agents who break state laws. Protect your community from this lawless violence.
