URGENT: Right now, Canada is negotiating the launch of a new global war bank.

Carney is hoping to secure Canada as the permanent host of the global HQ of the new war bank (the DSRB) within the next few weeks – with Toronto the leading contender for host city. Over the next few weeks, Canada and other countries will be involved in final discussions regarding the viability of the new
war bank, with the Liberal Government putting forward Canada as one of the bank's leading backers. Carney himself is currently holding meetings with world leaders to rally support, and proposing that Canada should serve as the bank’s global headquarters.

This new financial institution, the first of its kind, is designed to fund and accelerate a global arms race and funnel public money directly to arms manufacturers.
