Urge the MA Legislature to Pass Substance Use Legislation with OPCs!

Massachusetts is facing an ongoing opioid crisis, with 6 people dying every day from overdose. In 2023 alone, we lost 2,105 lives to overdoses, and 2024 is already showing alarming numbers with 504 confirmed and estimated deaths.

Overdose Prevention Centers (OPCs) are a proven, evidence-based solution that can save lives, reduce harm, and connect individuals to essential healthcare and treatment services, and a key tool to address the opioid epidemic.

With just a few weeks left in the Massachusetts legislative session, we need legislative action NOW to make OPCs a reality in Massachusetts. Join us in urging the Legislature to support and urgently pass substance use legislation that includes OPCs.
