Support 400 New, Affordable Homes in South Richmond

Lynx Ventures
Around 400 brand-new, income-restricted apartments could be coming to South Richmond on an 8-acre site at Walmsley and Broad Rock Boulevards—but the proposal needs your support!

Because the site is currently zoned for roadside business and single-family homes, the project must be approved by the Planning Commission and City Council. The Planning Commission will consider it next Monday, November 3rd, so now’s the time to speak up!

This project directly advances Richmond 300’s goals of inclusivity, housing diversity, and equitable growth. It will create local construction jobs and help ensure working families can afford to live close to abundant employment opportunities in South Richmond and Chesterfield County along the 95 corridor.

Developed by Lynx Ventures under their 'Noon' brand, the community would offer apartments with a similar design and amenities found in market-rate housing. New 'Noon' communities near Chippenham Hospital and in Oak Grove have already proven how popular these apartments are.
