We are advocating that the California Reparations Task Force include the California Black Power Network's policy recommendations in their final report to the legislature. We've included recommendations around:

• Reparations eligibility structure
• CA Residency requirement
• Incorporating equity
• Specific policy recommendations for each of the preliminary report chapters drafted by the Task Force

The mission of CBPN is to ensure that the final recommendations are inclusive, equitable, and reparative of both past and ongoing harm to all Black communities.
