The project at 6230 Claremont Ave aims to build nine stories of senior housing in Rockridge. We think this is a wonderful way to provide housing for seniors who can be particularly vulnerable to homelessness. Locating seniors near BART, shops, and grocery stores can also provide independence for people who can no longer drive.

Unfortunately, some are organizing against this project, so we need to show our support.
