Penticton has the opportunity to gain a 50-unit tiny home community with 24/7 staffing and wraparound services — a proven model already working in Victoria, Kelowna, Nanaimo, and other BC communities.

City council has delayed its decision until December 2, 2025. This delay risks killing the project outright, leaving residents without a home through another winter. We cannot afford more inaction.

Penticton City Council must approve “Temporary Use Permit PL2025-10079”, the Heart & Hearth tiny homes project, at the December 2, 2025 meeting without further delay!
