Access to health care is a necessary foundation for all Hoosiers to achieve well-being. Far too many, though, fear going to the doctor because of the medical bills that will come later. Others delay care because they cannot afford it. SB 85 and SB 197, both currently in the State Senate, would offer Hoosiers additional support accessing affordable payment plans and handling medical debt.
