The Atlanta Land Trust is looking to convert an underused single-family lot in Adair Park into 4 homes (duplex + 2 ADUs). These homes will be kept as permanently-affordable under the land trust model.

We need your help to support this rezoning! Despite neighborhood and NPU support, the Zoning Review Board recommended against this project. This project will be heard by the ATL City Council Zoning Committee on March 24th -- Tell them that you support land trust homes!
