The proposed City of Austin budget doesn’t do anything to ramp up local climate action, but council members Siegel and Alter have proposed several important amendments and IFCs (directives on how to spend money) to the proposed City of Austin budget.

Please email Mayor Watson and the Austin City Council to ask them to support these climate action proposals as changes to the proposed city budget that will be up for a city council vote next week.
