Residents of Queens Court, Clifton have written to their letting agents, City Estates (London) Ltd, asking that:

- they allow their tenants’ rent payments to be waived (a “rent holiday”) for the duration of any their self-isolation they may have to undergo

-to pledge that tenants will not be at risk of eviction for non-payment of rent during the same period (i.e. that this will not contribute to any arrears)

- to announce an emergency freeze on evictions of tenants

The letting agents have responded refusing to meet any of these basic demands. Please support the residents of Queens Court by sending this template email to them.
