In Congress, bipartisan legislation has been introduced that would add the Lost 74 to the Wall: SB3131 USS Frank E. Evans Act (introduced in the Senate by Senators Cramer, Schiff, Schumer). The key to success to these bills is for you to reach out to your Senators to express support – they listen to their constituents.
