The Health and Economic Recovery Omnibus Emergency Solutions (HEROES) Act, includes many of the priorities NFFE has been pushing on Capitol Hill including:

• Premium pay for federal employees;
• Telework for all eligible employees;
• Universal testing;
• Health flexibilities and workers compensation for employees who must interact with public and contract COVID-19 or have to quarantine themselves;
• Additional Personal Protective Equipment;
• Paid Leave clarifications; and
• OSHA emergency standard.
