TAKE ACTION: Tell Congress to Pass the NO BAN Act!

Tell your Members of Congress to call for the rescission of Trump's racist travel ban and to cosponsor the NO BAN Act!

On June 4, 2025, Trump issued a new racist travel ban that will impact millions globally.

The immigration and discriminatory travel ban would fully restrict the entry of nationals (meaning both immigrant and non-immigrant visas) from the following 12 countries, majority African and Middle Eastern countries: Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.

The entry of individuals from seven other countries — Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela— will be partially restricted, according to the White House proclamation but essentially is akin to a full ban because of all the restrictions.

Urge your Members of Congress to co-sponsor the National Origin-Based Antidiscrimination for Nonimmigrants (NO BAN) Act and call for its swift passage. The NO BAN Act was reintroduced in both the House and Senate by Rep. Chu and Sen. Coons earlier this year.

The bill will strengthen the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of religion, and restore checks and balances by limiting overly broad executive authority to issue future travel bans.

Tell your House member and Senators to cosponsor the NO BAN Act and support its swift passage.
