Tell Amazon Board Member Edith Cooper to Stop Endangering Pregnant Workers

Pregnant workers shouldn’t have to choose between their jobs at Amazon and their babies. We’ve heard over 1000 stories from pregnant Amazon workers about their experience working while pregnant. From miscarriages to premature labor, every day, preventable tragedies are occurring in Amazon warehouses due to the company’s refusal to offer reasonable accommodations to workers.
We're sending emails to Edith Cooper, who chairs the Board Committee responsible for overseeing working conditions at Amazon. While overseeing conditions causing pregnancy loss and complications, she also sits on the Board of Trustees of Mount Sinai, which prides itself on being one of the best maternity hospitals in the country.
Join us to hold Amazon and Edith Cooper accountable—and to say loudly: No one should suffer pregnancy loss or risk their baby’s life just for doing their job.
