On Friday, December 16th from noon-2pm, Portland's Bureau of Development Services is holding a public hearing to receive comments on its proposed Proposed Changes to Enforcement of Accessory Short Term Rental Requirements. We need your voice to let City leaders know that this proposal is important, but also that does not go far enough to address the damage that short term rentals like Airbnb are causing to our neighborhoods and the affordability of housing.  These regulations must be enforced! And we must do more to address discrimination in short term rentals!
