Transit in California has never gotten the support it deserves from the Federal Government even though Californians send more in taxes to the Federal Government than we get back. This lack of Federal support means our bus and train service is not as frequent, extensive, reliable, accessible and affordable as it should be. That leads to more cars clogging our roads, competing for parking, and polluting our air. However East Coast Senators have stepped up to introduce the Moving Transit Forward Act which would provide BILLIONS OF DOLLARS in annual funding for transit, but our Senators in California haven't signed on yet.

Write to them TODAY to urge them to co-sponsor the Moving Transit Forward Act so Californians can get more frequent, reliable, affordable, accessible transit!
