For 10 months, UIS staff and faculty chapters of UPI Local #4100 have been in negotiations for new labor contracts with the university administration. Due to administrative foot-dragging, there has been little progress in negotiations.

To avoid a strike, the administration needs to come to the table and bargain fair contracts!
