After more than two years of development and public engagement, the Comprehensive Land Use Plan is finally before City Council on Monday, March 16th. If approved, it will guide the city's future zoning efforts and other land use decisions, creating an Ann Arbor that is more affordable, more sustainable, and more equitable.
