Broligarchs like Elon Musk will be free to roll out creepy chatbots, untested Robotaxis and dangerous surveillance technologies with no oversight. Depending on the final language, it could even stop local governments from restricting where AI data centers are built.

Americans already beat this once. Trump tried to pass this in his billionaire tax giveaway bill, but Americans spoke up and the Senate voted 99 to 1 to strip it from the bill. Now we need to stop it a second time.
