Tell Congress: Protect Affordable Healthcare - Renew ACA Subsidies Now!
Congress failed to pass a premium tax credit extension before year’s end in 2025. This means the enhanced premium tax credits that significantly lowered Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace insurance premiums expired on December 31, 2025.
The House of Representatives has already passed legislation to extend these tax credits. Now the Senate must act.
The enhanced premium tax credits have helped people stay insured and avoid crushing medical bills. Without renewal:
Premiums rise immediately for anyone who buys their own coverage.
Working families and small business owners, as well as their employees, are hit hardest.
Lower enrollment drives up costs for everyone, not just ACA enrollees.
This isn’t an abstract policy debate. Without Senate action, people will drop coverage, delay care, and face preventable health and financial crises.
The Senate needs to hear from us now:
It’s not too late to extend ACA tax credits and stop healthcare from becoming even more expensive. By signing this P2A, your message goes directly to your Senators, urging them to support legislation that extends these tax credits and helps keep healthcare from becoming even more unaffordable for everyone.
