You might not know the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) — but it’s protecting you and all Americans from financial crimes, swindlers and rich corporations (like Big Tech, credit card companies and banks) that make huge profits by literally taking money out of your pocket. Unsurprisingly, Republicans in Congress and the Trump/Musk administration hate the CFPB, and they’re attacking it like never before.

Not only are Elon Musk, Wall Street and their allies in Congress working to completely defund and shut down the CFPB, they’re also trying to block reforms that put money back into your pocket and protect your sensitive financial data.

It’s time to tell our members of Congress that you want a strong, watchful eye on big banks, credit bureaus, predatory lenders and Big Tech. It’s all hands on deck right now to save the CFPB. We can do it. We can stop them. But it will take every one of us doing everything we can to win.
