On March 27, President Trump issued an Executive Order, Exclusions from Federal Labor-Management Relations Programs, which aims to gut federal employee collective bargaining rights. More than one million federal workers will lose their constitutionally protected freedom to form and join a union if this executive order is implemented. The Protect America’s Workforce Act (H.R. 2550) would reverse the executive order and restore collective bargaining rights for these critical workers.
