The Escondido Police Department signed agreements with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as early as 2014 that allow ICE to use a city-owned firing range for practice. This decision has put all our families and neighborhoods at risk. Send a message to Escondido leaders urging them to call a special session NOW and cancel the agreements with DHS!

It's within the power of our city officials to cancel this. We're calling on the Escondido City Mayor, Councilmembers, and Manager to:

• cancel the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) immediately, and
• use every available legal and administrative strategy to cancel any other agreements that allow DHS agencies to use the firing range.

We believe that Escondido can be a welcoming city, where immigrants do not have to live in fear, have the right to due process, and receive dignity and respect.
