Despite massive community opposition and a solid permit rejection from the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), NRG is trying to raise it's fracked gas power plant from the dead!

NRG has appealed the DEC's permit rejection which means we'll just have to beat this zombie power plant twice!!

Submit a comment to Governor Hochul and the DEC letting them know they made the right decision and we expect them to uphold that CLCPA and stop NRG's fossil fuel plant for good!
