We must rise up and demand that the Guam Environmental Protection Agency (GEPA) DENY the Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB) application for a permit to open burn and open detonate (OB/OD) hazardous wastes on Tarague Beach. Open burning and open detonation (OB/OD) pose serious threats to our community by desecrating ancestral lands and polluting our island. GEPA must put an end to this now.
