OPEIU Local 12 members at HealthPartners serve in frontline jobs from clinic check in and scheduling and behind the scenes work like supply chain, claims, customer service and revenue cycle management. Members have simple demands that will help with staffing issues like no concessions, a livable wage, and adding MLK and Juneteenth holidays.

HealthPartners has been dragging their feet in bargaining since the contract expired on November 30th and has committed several Unfair Labor Practices.
