Tell Legislative Leaders to Pass the MN Starter Homes Act

Good news, as of 3/27/2026, the Starter Home Act (HF3895/SF4123) is still alive at the Capitol, but we need your support to help get it passed into law today.

Earlier this week, the bill had a setback in the House committee, but it was left "on the table," procedurally. House leadership needs to hear from you to ensure this priority is not left on the table this session.

We need legislators AND Speaker Demuth to hear from everyone who supports this bill!

Minnesota needs more than 100,000 additional homes to meet current demand. Too many families and neighbors are competing for too few homes, driving up housing costs and limiting opportunity across our state.

Sending a message takes just a minute, but it makes a real difference. Legislators pay attention when they hear directly from constituents, especially as a bill moves through committee.

By supporting this legislation, lawmakers can help:

  • Expand housing choices in communities statewide

  • Updated outdated rules that limit homebuilding

  • Make it easier for Minnesotans to find stable homes they can afford.

Your message helps keep this bill moving forward.

Thank you for taking action and standing up for more homes in Minnesota.
