Tell New Jersey Leadership: Defend Our Right to Clean Air

New Jersey is the 3rd worst state in the nation in terms of cancer risk from diesel soot.

State leaders STILL have the power, opportunity, and responsibility to advance programs that will safeguard public health.

Our asks to New Jersey elected officials are simple:

  • Denounce the actions of Congress in rolling back vital clean air and climate investments;
  • Work across the aisle to develop and support state action that provides investments and incentives to support clean air and climate action—including funding that helps communities replace polluting vehicles and builds out necessary infrastructure;
  • Develop and support innovative and ambitious policies that provide investments, incentives, and protections to reduce diesel and tailpipe pollution across the state.

Join Action Together New Jersey (ATNJ) and urge New Jersey leaders to protect the health of our communities by standing up for policies and programs to provide relief for overburdened communities, cleaner air for everyone, and a healthier, more equitable future for all.
