Send a message to Oceanside leaders urging them to take bold, urgent action to protect and support our immigrant community!

We're calling on them to:

• Vote YES on the Item introduced by Councilmember Jimmy Figueroa directing staff to draft a resolution that:
  • ensures City of Oceanside policies and practices do not support or contribute to federal immigration enforcement, and
  • promotes public awareness of Oceanside residents’ due process rights under the U.S. Constitution.
• Release a statement in support of immigrant families.

Our neighbors are being kidnapped, our families torn apart, and Oceansiders are hurting. This is an issue that requires local, courageous action.

The federal government is ramping up immigration enforcement in our communities, and it's up to Oceanside City Council to further state protections and respond to the pressing needs of our city's immigrant community.

We believe that Oceanside can be a welcoming city, where immigrants do not have to live in fear, have the right to due process, and receive dignity and respect.
