Tell Sandy Springs City Council to Support this Mixed Use, Multifamily Development!

On the northwest corner of Roswell Road and Allen Road, there is currently a Napa Auto Repair Center. There is a proposal to rezone the site to build a 6-story, mixed-use development that includes office, retail, and 199 luxury multifamily units. The site is currently zoned to build up to a 3-story building to be used for multifamily, so the city needs to approve the request to increase the height to 6 stories. So far, this proposal has received unanimous approval from the Planning Commission, but now it needs to get through the City Council for the final step of the rezoning process.
Thus far, there has been no opposition; however, any support that can be provided would help gather enough support from City Council and the Mayor.
Send an email to your City Council members and Mayor letting them know that you support replacing the Napa Auto Repair Center with homes for more neighbors! Our voices need to be heard!
Let City Council and the Mayor know today to vote yes in support of this rezoning.
