The House has passed a MAGA spending bill to fund the government through the end of September 2025 -- but it’s anything but “clean.” Musk and Trump are illegally dismantling critical agencies and programs from the EPA, to USAID investments in climate mitigation, and more.

These are programs that protect workers, our environment, our climate, and the economy. And they’ve literally promised to ignore Congress and the rule of law in the process.

But with just days before government funding runs out, the close vote only underlines our point. The MAGA Government funding bill now heads to the Senate — where it requires 60 votes to pass — and yes we can still stop this bill.

No Senator should vote for a MAGA government spending bill that erases checks and balances, bankrupts individual states, and reduces our nation of laws to Elon Musk’s fiefdom ruled over by a king in Donald Trump. But especially no Democrat should support this bill, which will strip billions from vital services and give Elon Musk a blank check for six more months.
