Tell South Carolina Lawmakers: Reject Anti-DEI Bills

Anti-LGBTQ+ extremists in South Carolina continue to prioritize destructive, harmful bills targeting LGBTQ+ equality over legislation that would uplift SC families. This time, they're trying to pass H. 3927, a bill that would target diversity, equity, and inclusion – harming communities of color, LGBTQ+ people, and anyone marginalized in our society.

Lawmakers are targeting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in educational and governmental institutions across the South Carolina with H. 3927. Despite many hours of testimony opposing the bill, H. 3927 has now passed the House – if it passes the Senate, having essential supportive programs like Black student unions, inclusion efforts, and LGBTQ+ Centers could jeopardize public institutions' access to state funding.

This bill is an attack on educational and government institutions across South Carolina, and will block thousands of students across South Carolina from accessing the support and community they need in schools and on campuses.

Send a message now urging your lawmakers to oppose these bills and protect essential supportive services for LGBTQ+ folks and communities of color – just enter your information to get started.
