Tell the Connecticut Senate: No Capitation!

Advocates of Senate Bill 10, which is working its way through the Connecticut General Assembly, say it will benefit community health workers in the state. But as written, it will enable the Office of Health Strategy to pursue its "Primary Care Roadmap" and implement a harmful capitation payment model and shut out the voices of people with physical, mental and developmental disabilities and others.

Tell the CT General Assembly to amend S.B. 10 by substituting Sections 11 and 12 with S.B. 991 and adding a requirement of broad stakeholder input from Medicaid Beneficiaries and advocates!
