Congressional leadership ignored the unified demand of all Democrats and 16 Republicans in the House of Representatives to include language in the FY26 NDAA restoring collective bargaining rights at DoD and reversing the unlawful Trump “national security” union rights exemption.

Tell your Representative to vote "no" on advancing the FY26 NDAA until language is included to restore union rights for DoD workers.
