Tell the NH Senate and Energy Members to pass HB271.

HB271 proposes to fix a nomenclature issue so that our laws refer to the group of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances as PFAS rather than PFCs. The American Chemical Council and the BIA opposes this legislation because they will do anything to protect their chemicals and the industry polluters and manufacturers. Shockingly, Jody Gritlas and Steven Rosetto likened #PFAS to berries - some are good for you and some are poisonous.

We need your help to stop this out-of-state lobbyist influence on the NH legislature.

Tell the Senate Energy and Environment Committee to pass this important bill.
