Tell the Senate: Co-sponsor S. 4814 and protect Haitian TPS now.
The Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to move forward with ending Temporary Protected Status for Haitian and Syrian TPS holders.
This devastating ruling puts more than 350,000 Haitian neighbors at risk of losing the protection that has allowed them to live, work, and care for their families in the United States. They have built their lives here while Haiti remains unsafe to return.
The House of Representatives already passed bipartisan legislation to extend TPS for Haiti until April 2029. Now, senators must step up and co-sponsor S. 4814, the Senate companion bill to protect Haitian TPS holders.
The Senate must act now. Send a letter to your Senator today and demand they:
Co-sponsor S. 4814 to extend Temporary Status for Haiti.
Move quickly to pass legislation protecting Haitian TPS holders through April 2029.
Reject the administration’s efforts to deport Haitian community members to unsafe conditions.
Our Haitian neighbors need more than words of support. They need senators to act now.
Email your senator and tell them: Co-sponsor S.4814. Extend Haitian TPS. Keep our communities together.
