Members of BCTGM Local 1 have been on strike against Teasdale Latin Foods in Hoopeston, Ill. since June 1.

What they are asking for in a new collective bargaining agreement is simple:  No take-aways from their current work schedule and no outsourcing of their Union jobs.

They don’t want a two-tier wage system that weakens their Union and sows division within the workforce.

TruArc Partners, the private equity company that owns Teasdale, has the ability to help Teasdale end this dispute. They must hold Teasdale accountable for their actions.
